Light beyond hell ’

The myth of Orpheus has inspired countless artists since antiquity—sculptors, painters, poets, musicians, and filmmakers. Choreographer Alan Lake follows in their footsteps with a symbolist narrative that subtly intertwines the myth with modernity. This new creation resonates as a metaphor for confronting the unknown, reflecting modern complexities while celebrating humanity’s power to bridge divides and heal wounds. In a world marked by division, this work inspires empathy, compassion, and acceptance, reminding us that unity is the most powerful force for positive change and renewal. Moving forward.
